Registration and Profile

In order to confirm your enrollment in a Critical Path Strategies, Inc. (CPS) workshop (multiple clients in attendance), please complete the following information. If you have questions or experience registration problems, contact CPS Client Services at 830.249.1977 x16, or gblatt@cpstrategy.com.

The tuition fee covers attendance, meals, and a license fee to use the methodology including software. Payment is due upon completion of the workshop. Attendees are responsible for lodging and transportation.

Release of Liability In consideration of the benefits to be derived from participating in the Workshop, I release and forever discharge Critical Path Strategies, Inc., its officers, facilitators and premises lessors, from all causes of action, claims, and demands for any damage or loss to person or property that I may suffer directly or indirectly during the course of, or as a result of, participating in this Workshop, including specifically, but not limited to, damage or loss caused by conditions of premises, or by the sole or concurrent negligence of Critical Path Strategies, Inc., its officers, facilitators and premises lessors.
